Suggestions on Deepening the Scientific and Technologic Cooperation in Yangtze River Delt

长三角科技合作是我国最重要的区域合作之一。目前长三角正处于由投资驱动向创新驱动的转型期,为深化区域科技合作,减少摩擦力,增强集聚效益,快速提升区域科技创新能力,文章分析了长三角科技合作的现状、存在的主要问题,从构建有效的合作模式和合作机制入手,对长三角科技合作提出了对策建议。

Scientific and technologic cooperation in Yangtze River delt is one of the most important regional cooperation in China. At present, the area is during the transformation period from the investment-driven into the innovation-driven. Therefore, deepening the regional scientific and technologic cooperation, reducing innovative friction, promoting the concentration profit and rapidly improving the regional scientific and technological innovative capacity, becomes the important task for us. Based on this, the present situation and main problems of the scientific and technologic cooperation in Yangtze River delt are analyzed, and some suggestions are proposed from establishing the effective cooperation model and mechanism.
