Strategic Vision on Undertaking Outsourcing of Multinational Corporation

服务外包是跨国公司发展的新趋势。我国作为服务外包的主要承接国之一,要充分利用国际服务业转移带来的机遇,从战略高度认识国际服务外包对我国的重要性,加快制定政策,积极承接跨国公司服务外包,从而促进服务业发展,带动经济增长。本文指出要承接跨国公司服务外包对我国的重要意义,分析了我国承接现状和存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。

The service outsourcing is the new trend for the multinational corporations.China,as one of the major undertaking countries,should take full advantage of this opportunities brought by the transfer of the international services sector,be fully aware of the importance of the service outsourcing from a strategic level,accelerate the speed of formulating policies and actively undertake the outsourcing from the multinational corporations so as to promote the development of the services sector and foster economic growth.This paper discusses the important significance the service outsourcing has played in China,analyses the current situation and existing problems of the undertaking service outsourcing in China and advances the corresponding countermeasures.
