摘要
科学有效的激励需要建立在对激励客体需求特征充分认识的基础上。根据职业发展阶段理论把高校教师的职业发展分为六个阶段:适应阶段,调整阶段,成熟阶段,停滞阶段,更新阶段,退出阶段。分析了各阶段高校教师的特点和需求,并提出了相应的激励策略:情感激励,参与激励;知识激励,目标激励;竞争激励;信任激励,期望激励;价值激励。
Effective inspiration should be based on the full understanding of the object's demands and characters.On the basis of teachers' professional development theory,teachers' professional development is divided into six sections: adaptation stage;adjustment stage;maturity stage;stagnation stage;renewal stage;exit stage.Different characters and demands were analyzed.Corresponding inspiring strategies were proposed: emotion strategy,participating strategy;knowl-edge strategy,target strategy;competition strategy;trust strategy,expectation strategy;value strategy.
