The issue of graduate student tutor is related to innovative education in the final results, we must give great weight. View of the current discussion in society about the post-graduate training and tutors work, several views and understanding were expressed in this paper concerned the work of graduate tutors. To create a scientific and rational tutor working mechanisms and patterns can make the work of tutors to guide students to better follow the law of the need for innovative training.
