摘要
中国企业社会责任的集体缺失已经带来了和谐社会语境下严重后果,需要把企业社会责任问题提高到构建和谐社会的高度来认识。企业承担社会责任是构建和谐社会的伦理机制,和谐社会为企业承担社会责任提供稳定的社会环境。企业通过对利益相关者的责任承担实现构建和谐社会的目的。通过对山东省2200家企业的调查实证研究,基于利益相关者将企业社会责任指标归为三个因子,三个因子分别命名为优势利益相关者、制约利益相关者、公共利益相关者,对三类利益相关者进行方差分析,根据这三个因子建立了企业社会责任等级模型和决策模型,提出和谐社会语境下履行全面利益相关者责任的途径。
