An Empirical Study on Efficiency of Cycle Economy in Western Provinces

运用"纵横向"拉开档次评价法对西部各省市区2003-2008年循环经济效率进行了综合评价,分析了其动态发展变化规律;在此基础上,利用制约度指标对西部整体循环经济发展进行了病理诊断,进而提出了相关的政策建议。

Using vertical and horizontal Pull-grade method,this paper evaluates the efficiency of cycle economy in western provinces during 2003-2008,and analyzes the regular pattern of dynamic change.On this basis,the paper further conducts pathological diagnosis by constraints degrees indexes and then Went on to put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
