摘要
中国古代传统文化和现代企业人力资源管理有着密切的关系。本文论述了传统文化对现代企业人力资源管理的积极与消极影响,并提出现代企业在识人、育人与用人三大环节中如何借鉴中国传统文化。
Chinese ancient traditional culture and modern human resource management are closely related.This article discusses the positive and negative influence of the traditional culture on the modern human resource management,by learning from Chinese traditional culture,and then proposes some methods on identifying,developing and employing people in modern enterprises.
