摘要
农产品超市的经营较农贸市场经营具有提高农产品的流通效率,解决农产品的质量安全等优越性,在欧美等发达国家超市经营的农产品占总消费的80%以上,在我国占比例很低,特别是生鲜超市发展步履维艰。本文通过对农产品超市经营产生的动因及与农产品超市经营相适应的农产品的生产及营销模式分析,分析农产品超市经营实现的条件,进而得出我国农产品超市经营的发展路径。
