不同国家产业安全政策模式比较及其对我国的借鉴

Comparison of different models of Industry security policies and their Reference to China

随着经济全球化和一体化步伐的加快,各国之间政治经济的互动博弈和利益冲突日益左右着贸易合作的盈余分配,并由此产生大量贸易摩擦现象和国际纠纷,从而引发了各国的贸易保护措施的实施。本文在对贸易保护泛化进行界定的基础上,从政治经济学角度分析了产业安全政策制定需要考虑的因素。着重分析了世界上主要的产业安全模式的内容及其应用绩效,实证分析了不同国家产业政策模式特点,为我国产业安全政策的制定奠定了坚实基础。

With the economic globalization and integration accelerated,the interactive games and interest conflict of political and economic between countries,increasingly influences the Earnings distribution of the trade cooperation,causing a large number of trade disputes and international disputes,and eventually lead to the implementation of trade protection measures.First,according to the definition of trade protection generalization,the industrial security policy considerations based on political economy was analyzed in this paper.Second,we focus on the world's major industrial security model content and application performance.Finally,an empirical analysis on the characteristics of different national industrial policy model was made.
