摘要
地方高校在实行公开招聘制度时,不能一味死板硬套事业单位有关的招聘程序,应结合高校招聘工作特点,优化师资人才引进程序。本文在简要分析地方高校师资人才引进工作现状及存在问题的基础上,结合S省某高校师资人才招聘工作实践,运用工业工程(IE)的程序分析法技术对高校人才引进程序进行了优化和再设计,实现了人才引进程序规范性和实用性的协调统一。
The local universities shouldn’t stubbornly stick to the recruitment programs which apply to the public institution,and should optimize the teaching staff introduction procedures according to it’s own characteristics of work.On the basis of simply analyzing the current situation and exited problems of local universities’ recruitment jobs,the paper optimizes the recruitment procedures by making using of programs analysis method based on IE theory and the working experiences of a university in S province,and consequently realizes harmonious reunification between the normalization and practicability of the talents’ recruitment programs.
