摘要
造成农民工工资水平偏低的原因众多,既包括制度性因素,也有企业内部管理、组织、文化、农民工自身等因素。确定合理的农民工工资水平应多措并举,关键是建立规范的农民工工资决定机制,健全农民工工资支付机制。
There are multiple factors that caused low level of income for peasant-labor,which include systemetic factors,a company's internal administrition,organization,culture,as well as factors from peasant-labor themselves.In order to determine a reasonable income level for peasant-labor,a variety of criteria must be considered.And the key is to establish a system to standardize the income level as well as the payment method for peasant-labor.
