摘要
针对冶金企业内部的备件采购问题,在考虑总采购资金约束的情况下,优选采购备件的品种和数量,建立了备件采购模型,并且提出了生产效益因子的概念。运用蚁群算法对该模型进行了求解,通过仿真实验,验证了该算法的有效性,通过与遗传算法的比较发现本算法能在较短时间解决此类问题,为采购决策者提供了理论依据。
According to requirement of purchases plan and the capital constrain, it sets up the purchase model for optimal purchase quantity and variety, presents the idea of production benefit factor. The model can be resolved with ant algorithm. The test shows that the model and process are effective. This can support the purchase decision.
