摘要
制造资源管理是快速扩散制造中重要的环节。分析了快速扩散制造模式下制造资源的特点及功能需求,根据扩散制造的实际情况,提出了制造资源模型的建立原则。从不同的应用角度,分别构建了资源组合模型、物理模型、能力模型、层次模型,全面、动态地描述了扩散制造资源。
Manufacturing resources management is an important part of the rapid proliferating manufacturing.It analyzes the characteristics of manufacturing resources and functional requirements in the rapid proliferating manufacturing mode.According to the actual situation of proliferating manufacturing,it brings forward foundation principle of manufacturing resources.From different application perspective,it establishes resources combined modeling,physic modeling,capacity modeling and hierarchical modeling respectively.
