摘要
通过分析基于网格冲压件冲压方向选择的影响因素,给出了在三维CAD环境下自动计算冲压件冲压方向的方法,此类方法可以有效地减少拉延方向调整时的盲目性。研究结果能用于拉延件以及后续工艺件(再次成形、整形、翻边等)的冲压方向分析。实例表明,此类方法能够快速、合理地辅助确定冲压方向。
It analyzes the influencing factor of stamping direction determining for stamping parts based on grid,puts forward the tipping method of automatic calculation at 3D CAD platform.This kind of method can effectively reduce the blindness of adjusting stamping direction and be suitable for the analysis of stamping parts and the forming process such as draw forming,re-strikes,flanging operation etc.The case studies show that the feature diagram is an effective digitizing tool in stamping die design.
