摘要
目前企业在生产过程中大多是以手工方式进行生产现场信息的采集并以纸质文件形式进行管理,这种现象导致生产现场信息不能准确、及时地反馈到管理部门,造成生产计划与生产现场出现了严重脱节。针对以上问题,建立了数字化制造生产现场管理系统的解决方案,通过对RFID技术的研究和应用,实现了生产现场信息的实时采集,并通过生产看板显示,使得生产现场管理、计划与MES等系统形成一个闭环,从而提高生产效率与质量。
At present,production information is mainly collected manually in production site,this phenomenon causes delay and inaccuracy of feedback information,production may be serious apart away from the production plan.Aiming at the problems mentioned above,it designs a digital manufacturing production management system.Based on some key technologies and RFID applications,it realizes the production information collection in time and correctly,develops a closed loop system joined with Production Planning,ERP and MES.The process of actual production proves its efficiency and quality.
