摘要
针对救援工程机械支腿受力特点,提出了一种可承受横向力的X型摆动支腿结构,并运用ANSYS对支腿结构进行了有限元建模,计算分析了几种典型工况下支腿受力情况,得出其变形与应力云图,为救援机械支腿设计提供了参考与依据。
Based on the force characteristics of rescue machinery stabilizer,it presents an X-type swing stabilizer structure to withstand the transverse force, establishes the finite element dynamic model with the ANSYS software,and analyzes several forced case of the structure under typical operating conditions,obtains the deformation and stress cloud.The results provides the indication and foundation for the rescue mechanical stabilizer.
