一种专用立式钻床监控系统的设计

Design on the Monitoring System of a kind of Special Vertical Drilling Machine

通过对一种专用钻床的生产工艺进行研究,设计了以三菱FX1N-40MT为核心,人机界面采用三菱触摸屏F940GOT的监控系统,通过监控界面给够对设备运行状态、各项工艺参数及钻头磨损程度进行有效的监控,并对PLC控制软件的实现过程进行了介绍。实际使用表明:系统的硬件连接简单,功能完善,运行稳定可靠,通过对各监控界面的操作,可轻易实现钻床的加工工艺。

Based on the analysis of production process of a kind of special drilling machine,it designs a monitoring system to Mitsubishi FX1N-40MT,develops the man-machine interface for Mitsubishi touch screen F940GOT.This system can effectly keep watch on the running state of the equipment,the technological parameters and drill wear.It introduces the realization process of PLC control software.The application shows that the system hardware connection is simple,perfect function,stable and reliable operation.
