摘要
为了获得最佳产品成型方案,应用了CAE技术对产品注射成型过程进行逐一分析,主要采用Moldflow软件的模流分析功能对2种模具方案进行分析比较,选用最佳方案进行产品开发,提高了工作效率,保证了产品质量。
In order to obtain the best products shaping project,it applies CAE technology to analyze the product injection molding process and mold flow functions with MOLDFLOW,compares two kinds of mold programs,chooses the better solution for product development.The practice shows that the program can improve the work efficiency and ensure the product quality.
