摘要:介绍了某电厂二期(2×630MW)高硫锅炉运用单塔双托盘脱硫除尘一体化技术改造前后脱硫除尘的情况。根据该电厂改造前后的脱硫除尘效果对比,得出结论:通过在FGD吸收塔内设置双托盘等塔内部件,可以延长气液接触时间、均匀塔内烟气流场、强化气液两相传质,进而大幅度提高吸收塔的脱硫除尘效率。
This paper introduces the situation of the desulfurization and dust removal integrated technology before and after the reform of high sulfur boiler in the second phase of a certain power plant (2×630MW) which applies the single tower and double trays desulfurization and dust removal integrated technology. In accordance with the effect contrast between the desulfurization and dust removal before and after reform of the power plant, the result shows that the contacting duration of gas-liquid can be extended, the flow field of flue gas in the tower can be uniformed and the gas-liquid two-phase mass can be intensified. So that we can greatly enhance the efficiency of desulfur-~ization and dust removal in the absorption tower by setting up the double trays in FGD absorption tower.
