摘要
轧制可以改善镁合金的性能,但普通轧制板材极易开裂。为了克服这一困难,本文采用新型的双衬板轧制工艺对ZK60镁合金进行大压下量轧制。试验结果表明,新型双衬板对ZK60镁合金能一道次压下量达75%且板材不开裂。同时,获得的ZK60板材具有优异的力学性能,该性能指标可以与普通轧制ZK60镁合金性能相媲美,但双衬板轧制更简便经济。
Rolling can improve the properties of magnesium alloy, but rolled sheet is easy to crack. Large thickness reduction can be achieved by double hard-plate rolling process for ZK60 magnesium alloys in this study. The experimental results show that thickness reduction about 75% can be achieved by double hard-plate rolling process and rolled sheet have excellent mechanical properties. This mechanical performance index compared favorably with ZK60 sheets produced by common rolling, but this process simple.
