氧化铝生产中降低助滤石灰用量研究

摘要 本文通过开展一系列试验,研究了石灰消化水质、石灰消化温度、反应时间、精液和石灰乳配比对水合铝酸钙过滤性能的影响。试验结果表明,用70℃的溶出二次水和蒸发好水消化石灰的石灰乳在95~100℃,精液与石灰乳体积比按3:1进行反应2 h,合成助滤剂替代纯石灰乳,这样一来,石灰乳用量就可以有效降低40%。 In this paper, a series of experiments were conducted to study the effects of lime digestion quality, lime digestion temperature, reaction time, sperm-lime ratio on the filtration performance of hydrated calcium aluminate. The results showed that the use of 70℃ dissolution of secondary water and evaporated good lime digestion of lime milk at 95 ~ 100℃, the volume of semen and lime milk by 3:1 reaction 2 h, synthesis filter aid instead of pure lime Milk, this way, the amount of milk can be effectively reduced by 40%.
