摘要
通过纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水质中氨氮的试验,列举出试验中可能影响检测结果各个分量的不确定度,建立合成不确定度的数学模型,计算和评估各个分量的不确定度对检测结果的影响。从实验的计算数据来看,影响测定水质中氨氮浓度的不确定度最大分量来源于氨氮标准溶液配置和样品的预处理,选择精度高的量器和提高操作水平是保证实验数据准确度的关键。
Through the Nessler's reagent spectrophotometric method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water, the uncertainty of each component that may affect the result of the test is enumerated. A mathematical model of synthetic uncertainty is established. The influence of the uncertainty of each component on the results of the detection is calculated and evaluated. From the experimental data, the greatest uncertainty of ammonia nitrogen concentration is determined by ammonia nitrogen standard solution configuration and sample pretreatment. Choose the measure precision and raise the level of operation is the key to ensure the accuracy of experimental data.
