摘要
低温热解是一种洁净煤技术,具有生产工艺简单、投资少等优势,可以促进褐煤的高效洁净利用。低温热解不仅可以得到多种煤基产品,还可解决褐煤热利用率低等问题。本文简述了我国能源结构、褐煤储量及褐煤基本性质,分析了褐煤在燃烧、热解、气化、液化和腐植酸制品等领域的加工利用现状,然后重点介绍了国内外典型的褐煤低温热解技术。
The Low-temperature pyrolysis is a clean coal technology, with the advantages of simple production technology and less investment, which can promote the efficient and clean utilization of lignite. Low-temperature pyrolysis can not only get a variety of coal-based products, but also solve the problem of low thermal utilization of brown coal. This paper briefly describes the energy structure, lignite reserves and the basic properties of lignite in China, and analyzes the utilization status of lignite in combustion, pyrolysis, gasification, liquefaction and humic acid products. Then it mainly introduces the typical lignite pyrolysis technology at home and abroad.
