关于邳州市2017年秸秆焚烧情况的调查报告

近年来,随着农村经济的发展,农民生产生活条件不断提高,农村燃料结构不断改善,而农作物秸秆则变成废弃物。焚烧秸秆成为每年夏收、秋收结束的标志性现象,带来大气污染和土壤破坏等问题。邳州市委、市政府高度重视,每年的夏收、秋收之前,都将秸秆禁烧工作列入重要议事日程,及早安排部署,从根本上解决秸秆焚烧与综合利用问题,取得了一定的成绩。本文就邳州市2017年秸秆禁烧的现状、成果及存在的问题展开调查。

This paper investigates the status quo, achievements and existing problems of straw banning in Pizhou in 2017.
