摘要
采用二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、快干型固化剂、增塑剂、分散剂及其他助剂制备了低温快干型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,并研究了异氰酸酯指数(R)、快干型固化剂对防水涂料性能的影响。结果表明,以100份多元醇为基准,其他组分不变,当R为1.4、YH-88快干型固化剂的添加量为8份时,制备的防水涂料性能最佳,且在低温环境下施工后,24 h内可实干。该材料实际应用时,可采用刮涂或喷涂施工。
One-component polyurethane waterproofing coating fast curing at low temperature is prepared by diisocyanate, polyether glycol, fast curing agent, plasticizer, dispersant and other auxiliaries. And the influences of isocyanate index (R) and fast curing agent on performance of the coating are studied. The results show that the performance of the coating is best when the dosage of polyether glycol is 100, R is 1.4 and YH-88 fast curing agent is 8. After construction in low temperature environment, it can be done in 24 h. When the material is applied in practice, it can he used by scraping or spraying.
