详述了用于建筑渗漏检测的9种无损检测方法的检测原理、优缺点和适用性。以某建筑屋面渗漏检测为例,介绍了一种无损屋面湿度检测仪及其使用方法。采用合适的检测方法和仪器可以快速有效地查找到建筑物渗漏的源头,有利于维修处理。
This article details 9 kinds of nondestructive testing methods used for building leakage, including the testing principle, advantages and disadvantages, applicability. Taking a roof leakage testing as an example, the article introduces a nondestructive testing instrument for roofing humidity and its application. The suitable detection method and instrument can quickly and effectively find the source of building leakage, which is beneficial to the maintenance and treatment.
