摘要
在固定床上考察了神木煤加氢热解过程中复合铁催化剂对产物分布的影响,制备了铁-铝复合催化剂和铁-硅复合催化剂。结果显示,催化剂的添加可以显著提高神木煤加氢热解转化率,其中催化剂Al/3Fe、Al/3Fe-A以及Si/3Fe有利于焦油生成,焦油收率平均提高3.7%;催化剂Fe/3Al、Fe/3Al-A、Fe/3Si以及Fe/3Si-A有利于气体生成,气体收率平均提高6.8%。
The influence of iron compound catalysts on product yield of Shenmu coal hydropyrolysis was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. Iron-aluminum composite catalysts and iron-silicon composite catalysts were prepared. The results showed that the addition of catalysts significantly improved the hydropyrolysis conversion rate of Shenmu coal. The catalyst Al/3 Fe, Al/3 Fe-A and Si/3 Fe were favorable for tar generation, and the tar yield was increased by 3.7% on average. The catalysts Fe/3 Al, Fe/3 Al-A, Fe/3 Si and Fe/3 Si-A were favorable for gas generation, and the gas yield was increased by 3.7% on average.
