球罐上、下极开孔结构应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据JB4732-1995设计标准来对球罐最重要结构之一上、下极开孔处进行应力分析,在分析过程中,考虑到了设计和液压试验这两种工况的受力情况。为保证设备的安全性,在评定路径的选取过程中,严格执行标准来进行,并且分别对上、下极做了有限元分析,对结果进行一次应力和一次应力加二次应力来进行校核,其结果均满足强度校核标准。 According to JB4732-1995 design standards, the stress analysis on the upper and lower openings of spherical tank was carried out. In the analysis process, the stress states under two conditions of design and hydraulic test were taken into account. In order to ensure the safety of the equipment, the assessment path was selected based on the strict implementation standards, and the finite element analysis on upper and lower openings were carried out, respectively. The primary stress check of the results was carried out as well as primary stress plus secondary stress check, The results met the strength check criteria.
