The basic situation of PDA yarn marking system and quality control system are introduced, including system flow, function modules, system interface and hardware selection. The receiving and sending yarn flow of Guangdong Esquel Knitting Factory before and after applying the PDA yarn marking system and quality control sys- tem are mainly introduced and compared and analyzed. Yarn marking system includes warehouse yarn collection, warehouse yarn matching, warehouse inventory and workshop inventory. Quality control system includes output regis- tration entry, scanning and pick-up registration, pick-up return registration, cloth-feeding scanning registration and large roll labels＂ printing. Finally, the benefits effect of using PDA yarn sign system and quality control system are summarized. It points out that the application of PDA information system will help to improve the efficiency of knitting workshop and the accuracy of process operation, which provides some references for the construction of digital workshop.
