摘要
用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析了4种茶叶在不同的浸泡条件下茶汤中重金属铅的浸出规律。试验结果表明,铅在茶汤中的浸出率随浸泡次数的增多,浸出率先增大后减小;随浸泡时间的延长,浸出率增大;随浸泡温度升高,浸出率增大。但浸泡水温影响不是很大,一般可忽略。
Heavy metal Pb in the infusions from 4 kinds of teas under various conditions was determined by ICP- MS. The experimental results showed that the extraction ratios of Pb increased firstly and then decreased with increasing times of extraction, increased with the extraction time, and increased slightly with the rising temperature.
