工作危害分析法在驼峰解体作业过程中的应用

摘要 编组站驼峰解体作业过程十分复杂,涉及驼峰提钩、放风作业、横越线路、排列进路等多项风险因素较大的作业。本文运用作业危险分析的方法,识别出解体作业中每一项工作步骤中的危险因素,制定相应的对策措施,确保驼峰解编作业的安全进行。 The processes of the hump disintegration operation are very complicated at the marshalling yard, which include hump lifting hook, ventilation operation, traverse line, alignment approach and many other operations with large risk factors. By using the method of Job Hazard Analysis, the risk factors of every working step could be recognized during the disintegration operation. Then the solutions of these issues would be made to ensure the safety during the hump disintegration operation.
