摘要
目的:建立药品伊曲康唑胶囊近红外定性模型,以打击假冒伪劣产品。方法:在OPUS的Setup Identity Test Method模块中,取7745~4425cm^(-1)谱段范围的漫反射光谱,采用一阶段数+矢量归一法(平滑点17)对数据进行前处理后,建立定性模型。结果:正、伪品的近红外光谱图谱存在较大差别,所有正品均能被正确识别。结论:此方法建立的品牌模型,能快速鉴别该品牌药品的真伪,并可应用于日常监督中的药品初筛,以提高药品抽样命中率。
Objective Establishment of a itraconazole Capsules near infrared qualitative model of brand drug hraconazole Capsules produced. Method In module of Setup Identity Test Method in OPUS, the diffuse reflectance spectrum of 7745 -4425cm^-1 spectral range is taken, and the qualitative model is established after preprocessing the data by phase number + vector normalization ( smoot- hing point 17). Results There are great differences in the near infrared spectra of the positive and false products. All the positive products can be identified correctly. Conclusion The brand model established by this method can identify the authenticity of the brand quickly, and it can be applied to the initial screening of drugs in daily supervision, so as to improve the hit rate of drug sampling.
