针灸联合益肾消痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎50例临床观察

Clinical observation on 52 cases of ankylosing spondylitis treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yishen Xiao Bi pill

目的:观察益肾消痹丸联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果。方法:选择强直性脊柱炎患者104例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各52例。对照组使用针灸疗法,研究组在对照组基础上给予益肾消痹丸内服。比较两组疗效、不良反应,治疗前后两组晨僵时间、全身痛和脊柱痛积分及ESR、CRP变化情况。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后晨僵时间、全身痛和脊柱痛积分均明显低于对照组,ESR、CRP明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论:益肾消痹丸联合针灸治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果较单纯针灸好,可有效减轻炎症反应,改善患者的临床症状,且较安全。

Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Xiao Bi pill combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment ot ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 104 patients with ankylosing spondylitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided in- to control group and study group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the study group was given Yishen Xiao Bi Pill on the basis of the control group. Comparison of two groups of curative effect, adverse reac- tion, changes of two groups before and after treatment, the time of morning stiffness, body pain and spinal pain score and ESR, CRP. Results the total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment, the time of morning stiff- ness, body pain and spinal pain scores were significantly lower than the control group, ESR and CRP were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the two groups were no adverse reactions. Conclusion Yishen Xiao Bi pill combined with acupuncture for ankylosing spondylitis is better than acupuncture alone, which can effectively reduce inflam- matory reaction and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
