西药联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗气血两虚证室性早搏疗效观察

目的:观察西药联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗室性早搏气血两虚型的临床疗效。方法:选取心律失常室性早搏的住院及门诊患者56例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例。对照组予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组室性早搏发生次数的降低、中医证候的改善效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合龙芪安脉胶囊治疗室性早搏气血两虚型效果明显,值得临床推广。
