摘要 近年来,机组运行负荷率在逐渐降低,调峰启停的次数不断增加,导致机组启停的次数相应增加。为了降低机组启停过程中的能耗,在启停过程中,采用了汽泵代替电泵进行给水控制,减少了厂用电的电耗量,达到节能减排的目的。分析了汽泵启停方案中的关键点,并描述了汽泵启停的操作流程。 In recent years, due to the decrease of the unit load and the increase of the number of mediation, the number of start-up and shutdown of the unit increased accordingly. In order to reduce the energy consumption during the unit start-stop, Zhuhai Power Plant decided to replace the electric pump with the steam pump to control the water supply during the unit start-stop, reduce the power consumption of the plant. In this paper, the key points of the unit start-stop plan of the steam pump are analyzed. The whole process of the plan is described in detail.
