摘要
某600MW机组的冷却系统采用开式循环,系统投运后,循环水泵频繁发生故障,影响了机组的安全运行。利用精密点检的方法,分析了水泵的振动频谱,找到了水泵故障的根源。根据循环水泵的故障倾向,合理安排了检修周期,提高了循环水泵及机组运行的可靠性。
The cooling system of a 600 MW unit adopts open cycle. After the cooling system is put into operation, the circulating water pump frequently fails, which affects the safe operation of the unit. The vibration spectrum of the pump is analyzed by the method of precise inspection, and the root of the pump fault is found. According to the failure tendency of circulating water pump, the maintenance period is arranged reasonably, and the reliability of circulating water pump and unit operation is improved.
