摘要
在输送湿煤或黏煤时,落煤筒时常被煤黏结堵塞。同时,因皮带跑偏撒煤,影响了场地清洁。据分析,由于落煤筒的设计角度不当,导致了原煤的落料点不正。因此,对落煤筒实施了相应改造,修正了落煤筒的相对角度,并控制了下料口截面积,有效解决了落煤筒黏结堵塞及皮带跑偏等问题。
When the wet coal or the coal is transported, the coal-falling cylinder is often blocked by the coal. At the same time, because the belt runs off the coal, it affects the cleaning of the site. According to the analysis, due to the improper design angle of the coal-falling cylinder, the drop point of the raw coal is not correct. Therefore, the transformation of the coal-falling cylinder has been carried out, and the relative angle of the coal-falling cylinder has been corrected, and the section area of the discharging port has been controlled. The problem of the viscosity and belt deviation of the coal-falling cylinder has been effectively solved.
