中国煤矿矿建工程的成本控制过程中还存在一定的问题,煤矿企业单位需及时采取有效的措施进行解决,促进煤矿矿建工程的顺利开展,提升煤矿矿建工程的成本控制水平和工程施工效率。分析了煤矿矿建工程成本控制过程中存在的问题,提出了煤矿矿建工程成本控制的有效措施。

There are still some problems in the cost control of coal mine construction project in China. The coal mining enterprises shall take effective measures to solve the problem in time to promote the smooth development of coal mine construction projects, improve the level of cost control and construction efficiency of coal mine construction project. This paper analyzed the existing problems in the process of cost control of coal mine construction project and put forward some effective measures to control the cost of coal mine construction project.
