On the Role of Water Resources Value in Economic Evaluation of Hydraulic Engineering

针对中国水利工程经济评价不合理现象,提出了水利工程经济评价中要充分考虑水资源价值的理念,分析得出在水利工程经济评价中充分考虑水资源价值可提高水利工程经济评价准确性的结论。

In view of the irrational phenomena for economic evaluation of hydraulic engineering in China, this paper put forward the concept of water resources value should be fully considered in the economic evaluation of hydraulic engineering, concluded that water resources value should be fully considered in the economic evaluation of hydraulic engineering, which can improve the accuracy of economic evaluation of hydraulic engineering.
