摘要
为能更好地研究和应用负载敏感变量泵,分析了负载敏感变量泵工作原理,在建立其数学模型的基础上,运用AMESim仿真软件研究结构参数对负载敏感变量泵动态性能的影响。结果表明:适当增大LS弹簧刚度有利于负载敏感泵的平稳性能,在LS阀与恒压阀左右控制油口设置阻尼孔可有效提高泵的平稳性和动态响应。
In order to better research and apply load-sensitive variable pump, this paper analyzed the working principle of the load-sensitive variable pump. On the basis of the mathematical model, the influence of structural parameters on the dynamic performance of load-sensitive variable pump was studied by using AMESim simulation software. The results indicated that the appropriate increase of LS spring stiffness is beneficial to the stable performance of the load-sensing pump and setting the damping hole at the left and right control port of LS valve and constant pressure valve can effectively improve the stability and dynamic response of the pump.
