摘要
"单体支柱+钢梁配合金属网"支护方式无法满足镇城底矿2号、3号煤的回撤通道支护,因此研究了"锚杆+锚索+梯子梁+钢筋网"支护方式。实践证明新的支护方式提高了回撤通道围岩稳定性,使回撤作业更为安全可靠,同时通过支设圆木、打设木垛等方式解决了支架后方岩石滚落及通风问题。
Support pattern for "single props +steel beams with metal mesh" can not meet the supporting requirement for the retracement passageway in No. 2 and No. 3 coal in Zhenchengdi Coal Mine, therefore, this paper studied support pattern for "anchor +anchor wire +ladder beam +reinforcing steel bar mesh". The practice proved that the new supporting pattern can increase the stability of surrounding rock in retracement passageway, make retracement operation more safe and reliable and solved the problems of rock rolling and ventilation after the stent by methods such as supporting round logs and setting nogs.
