脱丁烷塔塔顶冷凝器内漏分析及处理

ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF INTERNAL LEAKAGE OF THE OVERHEAD CONDENSER OF DEBUTANIZER

针对中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司烯烃部乙烯装置脱丁烷塔运行存在问题,通过研究分析,确认塔顶冷凝器出现内漏,必须更换。通过流程优化,最终在未停车的情况下,成功实施了脱丁烷塔塔顶冷凝器的在线更换,解决了脱丁烷塔塔顶冷凝器内漏对装置安稳运行及产品质量的影响。

To solve the problems in the operation of debutanizer in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company,research and analysis were carried out. It was confirmed that the overhead condenser must be replaced due to internal leakage. By optimizing the process flow,on-line replacement of the overhead condenser of debutanizer was successfully accomplished without unit shutdown,thus eliminating the influence of the internal leakage of overhead condenser on the stable operation and product quality of ethylene plant.
