摘要
针对来自浅冷或中冷油吸收C_2^+后的排放尾气高压贫氢特征,采用双高变压吸附(THiPSA^(TM))技术进行提氢,可得到纯度(体积分数)大于99.9%、回收率大于86%的产品氢气,该技术具有原料气波动适应性强、能耗低,且各种分离单元组合灵活的特点,适用于各种含氢混合气体的分离。
Aiming at the high-pressure and hydrogen deficiency features of noncondensable gas which removed C_2^+ by shallow cooling oil absorption,THiPA^(TM) technology from Techairs can recover hydrogen with a purity of above 99. 9%(φ) and a recovery rate of above 86%. With the characteristics of high adaptability to raw material gas fluctuation,low energy consumption and flexible combination of various separation units, this technology is applicable for the separation of various hydrogen-containing gas mixtures.
