摘要
某乙烯装置热排污泵为卧式离心泵,经常出现抽不上量的情况,导致装置污油无法及时外送,影响了装置正常运行。对该泵的运行情况进行分析后,发现易出现汽蚀现象是泵抽不上量的根本原因。文章针对汽蚀现象,重新计算选型,确定选用长轴离心液下泵,增大H_(gs)绝对值,满足了泵汽蚀余量的要求,从根本解决了装置外送污油困难的问题。
The hot slop pump in an ethylene plant was horizontal centrifugal pump. It often had difficulty in pumping,so slop oil could not be sent out in time and the normal operation of ethylene plant was affected. The analysis on the operation of this pump showed that the primary cause of this problem is cavitation. After recalculation,long axis centrifugal liquid pump was selected to increase the absolute value of Hgs,thus meeting the requirements of NPSH and solving the problem of slop oil delivery.
