摘要 中韩石化800 kt/a乙烯项目裂解气压缩机为国产三缸五段大型压缩机,运行3 a后发现,喘振安全裕度过小、四段和五段防喘振阀不能全关、各段防喘振控制之间无解耦功能等。2016年利用装置大检修机会,通过对机组喘振线进行测试,重新调整喘振线和控制区域,解决了运行点与防喘振控制曲线间裕度过小问题。新增了解耦功能模块,实现了各段防喘振控制阀之间解耦功能和各段防喘振阀全部关闭。达到了节能降耗、稳定生产的目标。 The cracking gas compressors in SINOPEC-SK(Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited' s 800 kt/a Ethylene Project are home-made three-cylinder five-stage large compressors.After three years of operation,some problems were found,e. g.the safety margin was too small,the anti-surge valves in the 4th stage and 5th stage could not be fully closed,and decoupling function was not available for the anti-surge control of each stage.During the overhaul in 2016,the surge lines of the compressor unit were tested to adjust the surge lines and control area,thus solving the small margin problem between the operating points and the anti-surge control curve. Decoupling function module is added to achieve the decoupling function and full closure of anti-surge valves in each stage. The objectives of energy saving,consumption reduction and stable production were achieved.
