The Effect of the Rounding-Policy on China's Coinage System and Commodity Transaction

随着中国经济的发展,小额硬币在商品交易中的作用逐渐减小,买卖双方都不太愿意使用小额硬币,订立浮动支付协议可解决这一难题。随着中国经济的发展,实体分币的淘汰几乎已成定局,1角实体硬币的淘汰也渐渐被提上日程。目前商品交易中有选择性地使用或弃用1角实体硬币,对于提高支付效率、节省市场交易主体各方面的成本有一定作用。

With the development of China ＇s economy,the role of small coins in commodity transaction gradually becomes smaller as both sides of the transaction are unwilling to use small coins. Since the elimination of pennies becomes inevitable,the phase-out of one-jiao coins has been put on agenda. To carry out the Rounding-Policy is able to solve the problem. This paper is mainly about taking measures to phase out one-jiao coins in commodity transaction because the Rounding-Policy is helpful in improving the efficiency of payment and saving cost of both sides of the market transaction.
