大卖场转型创新发展研究

摘要 大卖场等传统实体零售业的发展逐渐陷入衰退的困境,出现连续亏损甚至闭店的局面。大卖场进行改革创新,实行合伙人制度、将超市餐饮化、升级门店体验、线上线下全面融合,但仍存在运营成本持续上升、食品安全问题不容乐观、商业模式滞后等问题。大卖场可以通过推行"永辉合伙人制度",提高经营水平;狠抓食品安全问题,整顿规范食品经营秩序;促进"大卖场+X"转型,调整业态组合;加大直采自营,优化商品供给等措施改善经营状况。 Hypermarkets have gradually ran into a recession dilemma,such as continuous loss or bankruptcy,so hypermarkets have made great effort in innovation and transformation,which include implementing the partnership system,introducing catering business,upgrading consumer experience and improving online and offline integration.Despite the innovation and transformation achievements hypermarkets have made,there are still many problems including continuous rising of operating cost,serious food safety and lagging business model. Therefore,hypermarkets can improve operating condition by implementing "Yonghui partnership system ",regulating the order of food business,promoting "hypermarket + X"transformation and reinforcing independent purchasing and selling.
