摘要
根据秸秆和镁水泥基的特点,阐述了应用交融复合方式克服镁水泥基弹性模量高、黏结强度低和极限应变值小对制作镁水泥胶合秸秆板的负面影响。论述了实现交融复合方式所采用的的生产工艺,并对生产镁水泥胶合秸秆板进行了经济技术分析。
According to the characteristics of straw and magnesium-based cement, the negative impact of blending composite method on magnesium-cement-bonded straw board was neutralized when modulus of elasticity of magnesium-based cement was low, bond strength was low and the limit strain value was small. The production process adopted to achieve blending was discussed, and the economic and technical analysis on the production of magnesium cement glued straw board was carried out.
