摘要
以水性科天生物胶LDS01及异氰酸酯胶GT08组成的复合胶黏剂为研究对象,采用单因素分析方法,研究不同复合比例对环保刨花板热固化效率及性能的影响。结果表明,随着GT08用量的增加,复合胶黏剂热固化效率明显提升,以18 mm家具板为例,本试验条件下最优工艺参数为热压温度215℃,施胶量表层LDS01为9.5%,芯层LDS01为5%、GT08为2.5%。热固化效率由15 s/mm提升至5 s/mm。
Single factor analysis method was applied to study the effect of different composite proportions of compound adhesive on the thermal curing efficiency and properties of friendly particleboard. Results indicated that with the increase of GT08 dosage, the thermal curing efficiency of composite adhesive was improved significantly. Using 18 mm furniture plate as an example, the optimum production parameters were as follows: hot pressing temperature 215 ℃, sizing amount LDS01 9.5%, core LDS01 5%, core GT08 2.5%. The heat curing efficiency can be increased from 15 s/mm to 5 s/mm.
