一种新的漏磁无损检测特征量提取方法

摘要 介绍了漏磁检测的基本原理,针对已有的局限性提出了一种新特征量提取方法;该特征量在评判缺陷深度时,不受缺陷宽度的影响,通过有限元仿真对比分析了缺陷深度和宽度的变化对特征量的影响,并进行了缺陷检测实验;实验结果与有限元仿真结果证明了所提出的特征量可用于评判缺陷深度。 The basic principle of magnetic flux leakage test is introduced and a new characteristic quantity extraction method is proposed based on the existing limitation. This characteristic quantity is not influenced by the width of the defect when testing the depth of the defect. The influence of the change of the depth and width of the defect on the characteristic quantity is comparatively analyzed by finite element simulation,and the defect test is conducted. The experiment results and finite element simulation results prove that the characteristic quantity proposed in this paper is not affected by the defect width and can be used to quantify the depth of the defect.
